<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Summary</b></H2> </div><div><p>The role will ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the rooms, to achieve a level of comfort and satisfaction that exceed guests’ expectation.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Clean and inspect an allocated number of apartments set by the Housekeeping Supervisor</li> <li>Ensure that cleanliness, proper amenities, and literature placement are met according to working procedures and standards</li> <li>Report any loss, damage to linen, furniture, fixtures and equipment, and maintenance defects to the Housekeeping Supervisor or the Engineering Department</li> <li>Provide support in daily operations by:</li> <li>Replenishing supplies (E.g., guest amenities, guest supplies F&B and bathroom items)</li> <li>Ensuring all equipment is in good working condition</li> <li>Conduct CARE Program apartment assigned by Supervisor</li> <li>Storeroom management and issue stock assigned by Supervisor</li> <li>Attend to residents’ requests</li> <li>Assist in monthly linen inventory in your assigned area</li> <li>Manage the storing and issuance of linen and uniform</li> <li>Exchange linen for apartment and uniform for employee according to established standards</li> <li>Requisites laundry supplies and materials, keep record of usage</li> <li>Receives, check, record and deliver the guest laundry according to established standard</li> <li>Ensure that the laundry contractor meets cleanliness standards and deadlines</li> <li>Sort, count and record the number of linen and soiled articles</li> <li>Examine laundered items to ensure cleanliness and serviceability</li> <li>Perform related tasks as assigned</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Qualification</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>At least a higher secondary education</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Minimum 1 year of experience in Housekeeping</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Ability to work with little supervision while meeting high-performance standards</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Ability to follow instructions</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must</p> </li> </ul></div></div></div>
