It enables the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to make informed, forward-looking decisions on performance, risk, and value creation.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a mid-level, high-potential development role designed to build leadership in data-driven portfolio strategy within FPI’s global platform.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Portfolio Analytics & Insights</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Maintain and evolve the central portfolio data lake across Australia, Germany, The Netherlands, UK and Singapore. </li> <li>Coordinate Southeast Asia portfolio data with other business units to ensure full consolidation.</li> <li>Ensure monthly data integrity, accuracy, and coordination with country Heads of Asset Management and Finance.</li> <li>Produce quarterly CEO portfolio packs for Board reporting, with commentary and insights.</li> <li>Develop portfolio dashboards, benchmarking, and analytics to track performance and identify trends.</li> <li>Support investor relations with data, visuals and commentary for quarterly and annual updates.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Valuation Governance & Strategy</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Oversee the half-year and full-year external valuation process across ~200 assets.</li> <li>Coordinate valuer allocation in line with company policy.</li> <li>Ensure consistency of assumptions across countries, aligned with internal house view.</li> <li>Consolidate global valuation results and provide executive-ready insights.</li> <li>Prepare and present ExCo, Board and Risk Committee valuation summaries and approval papers.</li> <li>Maintain a central valuation database for trend analysis and insights</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Market Intelligence and House View</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Project manage the annual House View process, coordinating research, market data and country‑level inputs across all regions.</li> <li>Consolidate macroeconomic indicators, real estate market data, yield trends, interest rates, transaction evidence, leasing comparables, and competitor activity.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal Research and external parties to inform FPI’s strategic forecast.</li> <li>Organise guest speakers (economists, property experts) to contribute market intelligence.</li> <li>Prepare ELT presentation materials and market share updates.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Strategic Support</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Support annual strategy and capital allocation reviews with valuation trends, benchmarking, and scenario analysis.</li> <li>Identify actionable portfolio insights that inform decision-making at the enterprise level.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Qualification</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Essential</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>5–8 years’ experience in real estate analytics, valuation, or portfolio management.</li> <li>Experience in cross-border coordination across Australia, Europe, and/or Asia.</li> <li>Strong financial and commercial acumen with deep understanding of valuation methodologies.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and Argus; working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau.</li> <li>Strong reporting, visualisation, and presentation skills for executive audiences.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complexity into insight.</li> <li>High attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets.</li> <li>Self-driven, proactive and comfortable managing cross-functional teams across time zones.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Preferred</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Experience in a REIT, property fund, or institutional investor platform.</li> <li>Familiarity with IFRS fair value requirements and valuation audit processes.</li> <li>Exposure to real estate investment strategy, risk, or capital allocation.</li> <li>Qualifications such as CFA, CA, or MRICS.<a name="career-development"></a></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Software & Tools</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Excel (advanced)</li> <li>Argus Enterprise</li> <li>PowerPoint</li> <li>Power BI or Tableau</li> <li>Word</li> <li>Exposure to data warehouses / portfolio platforms (e.g. SAP, Yardi, MRI) desirable</li> </ul> <p>#LI-FPLPRO</p></div></div></div>
