Furthermore, the incumbent will provide ongoing technical support to maintain and improve efficiency standards for FH/FHT-owned properties. <br></div> <p></p> <div></div> <div> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Contribute as a technical subject matter expert to reduce carbon emissions and improve environmental performance of the business<br>• Work on energy efficiency and resilience of hotels and service apartments through green building certifications and relevant MEP<br>• Support the Sustainability Team in developing the business case for sustainability for external stakeholder engagement<br>• Support in strategic working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help deliver successful initiatives in relation to sustainability, particularly in decarbonisation and greening our our portfolio<br>• Act as a resource on sustainability best practices, taking into consideration factors such as effectiveness, technical and financial feasibility, and opportunity to collaborate with other business units and initiatives<br>• Develop, implement, review, and revise sustainability programmes/ policies periodically, or as and when there are policy or regulation changes; including maintain relevant documents and templates<br>• Any other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor/management</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Qualification</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor in electrical/mechanical engineering degree recognised by Professional Engineers Board, or related field in sustainability</li> <li>At least 2 years of relevant experience in-built environment will be preferred</li> <li>Be intimately familiar with sustainability benchmarking standards and green building certifications like GRESB, GHG protocol, Green Mark, Green Star, etc.</li> <li>Experience in conducting energy audits, implementation of decarbonisation strategies asset enhancement initiatives / MEP retrofit works and client management will be a plus.</li> <li>Energetic and passionate to advance the ESG cause in the organization.</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communications.</li> <li>Possess robust data analytical expertise and problem-solving abilities</li> </ul> <p>#LI-FPLPRO</p></div></div></div>
