The ideal candidate will be responsible for the group consolidation process and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Responsibilities </b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Lead the group consolidation process, including the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with SFRS.</li> <li>Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual financial reporting.</li> <li>Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams to gather and review financial data.</li> <li>Analyse management accounts and financial statements and provide insights on variances.</li> <li>Assist in the support of the annual budgeting and forecasting process by closely interacting with various finance teams.</li> <li>Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for senior leadership.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.</li> <li>Support the quarterly review and annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.</li> <li>Evaluate and look at opportunities to simplify and improve reporting requirements by regions, improved leverage of existing systems and in process standardisation in the planning and analysis area.</li> <li>Manage submission of financial reporting to Parent Group</li> <li>Participate in the implementation of new accounting standards and policies.</li> <li>Participate in the implementation of new accounting systems and/or chart of accounts.</li> <li>Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.</li> <li>Perform related ad-hoc duties as required</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Qualification</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.</li> <li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on group consolidation and financial reporting.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of SFRS and consolidation principles.</li> <li>Experience with Listed REITs or Big Four experience a plus</li> <li>Proficiency in IBM Cognos Controller and SAP systems is a plus.</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-FPLPRO</p></div></div></div>
