<p><strong><span style="">Job Purpose:</span></strong></p> <p><span style="">The Senior Vice President, Township Management leads and oversees estate operations, safety, and utility maintenance teams, ensuring efficient property management, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and optimal use of resources while reporting on performance to senior management.</span></p> <p><span style="">The role holder translates corporate, asset‑class, and regional township strategies into disciplined local execution, ensuring operational excellence, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and optimal use of resources. Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership, the SVP plays a critical role in sustaining asset value, tenant satisfaction, and long‑term township performance.</span></p> <p><span style="">This position bridges strategic intent with on‑the‑ground operations, leading multi‑disciplinary teams and service partners to deliver reliable utilities, robust safety standards, effective estate management, and resilient communities that support long‑term industrial growth and customer confidence. </span></p> <p><br><strong><span style="">Main Responsibilities:</span></strong><br><strong><span style="">Township &amp; Estate Management and Operations Leadership</span></strong><br><span style="">• Lead and oversee all township management functions, including utilities, estate operations, community management, safety, and security across industrial estates.</span><br><span style="">• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations while maintaining long‑term township sustainability and resilience.</span><br><span style="">• Drive operational excellence aligned with business objectives, customer expectations, and asset‑value creation.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="">Utilities, Infrastructure &amp; Technical Services</span></strong><br><span style="">• Provide strategic oversight of utilities and maintenance services (water, electrical systems, wastewater, drainage, roads, and common infrastructure).</span><br><span style="">• Ensure preventive maintenance frameworks, service reliability, capacity planning, and cost efficiency across estates.</span><br><span style="">• Oversee contractors and service providers to ensure performance standards, safety, and regulatory compliance.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="">Safety, Security &amp; Risk Management</span></strong><br><span style="">• Establish and enforce robust safety, security, and emergency response frameworks across all townships.</span><br><span style="">• Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, crisis management, and continuous improvement initiatives.</span><br><span style="">• Ensure full compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and internal governance requirements.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="">Estate &amp; Community Management</span></strong><br><span style="">• Oversee estate and community management functions to ensure tenant satisfaction, effective issue resolution, and positive community relations.</span><br><span style="">• Ensure tenant onboarding, communications, and ongoing engagement support a strong township ecosystem.</span><br><span style="">• Manage service charges, contracts, and operational budgets responsibly.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="">Strategic Alignment &amp; Stakeholder Collaboration</span></strong><br><span style="">• Partner with Development, Asset Management, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Corporate teams to ensure operational readiness and seamless handover of new projects.</span><br><span style="">• Support managing director and regional leadership on township‑related strategy, expansion planning, and long‑term portfolio sustainability.</span><br><span style="">• Engage with government agencies, regulators, local stakeholders, and community partners as required.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="">Leadership, Organization &amp; Change</span></strong><br><span style="">• Build, lead, and develop high‑performing township management teams across multiple estates and locations.</span><br><span style="">• Drive capability building, succession planning, and leadership depth within operations teams.</span><br><span style="">• Lead operational transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety culture, and service quality.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="">Governance, Performance &amp; Cost Management</span></strong><br><span style="">• Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews across all township operations.</span><br><span style="">• Oversee operating budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and investment planning for township infrastructure.</span><br><span style="">• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, ethical standards, and risk controls.</span></p> <p><br><strong><span style="">Key Qualifications:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="">Minimum 15–20 years of progressive experience in township management, estate operations, industrial facilities management, infrastructure operations, or related fields.</span></li> <li><span style="">Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing large‑scale, multi‑site operations within industrial estates, townships, logistics parks, or mixed‑use developments.</span></li> <li><span style="">Strong background in utilities management, safety and risk oversight, estate services, and contractor management.</span></li> <li><span style="">Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, regulated environments and to bridge strategic direction with operational delivery.</span></li> <li><span style="">Experience working within matrix or regional organizations is highly desirable.</span></li> <li><span style="">Township &amp; Operational Expertise: Deep understanding of industrial township operations, utilities, estate services, safety systems, and infrastructure‑led developments.</span></li> <li><span style="">Leadership &amp; Change Management: Proven leader experienced in organizational transformation, building disciplined, high‑performing operational teams, and embedding strong safety and service cultures.</span></li> <li><span style="">Strategic Execution: Ability to translate corporate and asset‑class strategies into clear operational plans and consistent execution across multiple sites.</span></li> <li><span style="">Risk, Safety &amp; Compliance Leadership: Strong command of risk management, regulatory compliance, and emergency preparedness, with a preventive and proactive mindset.</span></li> <li><span style="">Stakeholder &amp; Influence Capability: Effective communicator able to influence across functions, engage regulators and external stakeholders, and align internal teams toward shared outcomes.</span></li> <li><span style="">Commercial &amp;
