<h3><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h3> <h4><span><strong>Corporate & Strategic Planning Leadership</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Lead the development of corporate, mid-term, and annual business plans aligned with Thailand IE strategy</li> <li>Translate macro trends, market intelligence, and strategic direction into clear priorities and execution roadmaps</li> <li>Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director on growth options, capital allocation, and scenario planning</li> </ul> <h4><span><strong>Commercial & Business Development Strategy</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Oversee commercial opportunity identification across industrial estates, logistics, retail-supporting uses, and ecosystem partnerships</li> <li>Drive tenant-led, customer-centric growth strategies aligned with evolving supply chain and logistics requirements</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales, Asset Management, and Development teams to ensure plans are commercially viable and executable</li> </ul> <h4><span><strong>Utility & Infrastructure Business Strategy</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Lead strategic planning for utility-related businesses (power, water, wastewater, gas, telecom, waste, renewable and low-carbon solutions)</li> <li>Develop strategies to enhance estate competitiveness, customer value, and long-term recurring income</li> <li>Build and manage partnerships with utility providers, authorities, and infrastructure stakeholders</li> </ul> <h4><span><strong>Master Planning, Spatial Strategy & Heat Management</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Oversee long-term master planning and spatial strategies for industrial and township development</li> <li>Integrate land use, infrastructure, environmental, mobility, and heat management considerations</li> <li>Ensure alignment with commercial objectives, operational efficiency, sustainability, ESG, and regulatory requirements</li> </ul> <h4><span><strong>Regional & Cross-functional Alignment</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Collaborate with regional teams (SEA) to align Thailand strategies with broader growth plans</li> <li>Act as a key interface between Corporate Planning and functions including Development, Operations, ESG, Finance, Legal, and Digital</li> <li>Support regional and group-level strategic initiatives</li> </ul> <h4><span><strong>Leadership, Capability & Change Enablement</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Build and lead a high-performing corporate planning team</li> <li>Promote data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking</li> <li>Drive transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement</li> </ul> <h4><span><strong>Commercial, Risk & Performance Management</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Oversee development budgets, cost control, and investment planning</li> <li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and governance standards</li> <li>Monitor KPIs, risks, and performance, and report to senior leadership</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><span><strong>Job Requirements</strong></span></h3> <h4><span><strong>Experience</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Minimum 15–20 years of experience in corporate planning, strategy, business development, or large-scale property/infrastructure development</li> <li>Proven senior leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams</li> <li>Strong track record in strategic planning, market intelligence, and cross-functional coordination</li> <li>Experience in industrial estates, logistics, utilities, infrastructure, or mixed-use development</li> <li>Experience in regional or multinational environments; Southeast Asia exposure preferred</li> <li>Ability to engage effectively with Board-level and senior executives</li> </ul>
