<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Summary</b></H2> </div><div><p>You will be a key member of the Investment Team that is responsible for growing and enhancing an established real estate investment trust (“REIT”) which is listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”) with a global mandate to expand internationally. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Support underwriting and executing transactions, as well as carrying out financial modelling and feasibility studies for investment opportunities.</li> <li>Perform due diligence process, including legal DD, technical DD, valuations, and review of sales and purchase agreements and other transaction documents. </li> <li>Work with the senior team members to prepare bids and structure investment deals.</li> <li>Prepare investment theses / proposals on investment opportunities for deal approval documentation.</li> <li>Support equity fund raising projects from time to time.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Qualification</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related discipline</li> <li>4–8 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, REITs, private equity, investment banking, or advisory</li> <li>Strong financial modelling and underwriting skills (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis)</li> <li>Hands-on experience in transaction execution, including due diligence and valuation review</li> <li>Good understanding of real estate deal processes, legal documentation, and structuring considerations</li> <li>Experience preparing investment papers and presenting recommendations for approvals</li> <li>Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p>#LI-FPLPRO</p></div></div></div>
