<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Job Summary</b></H2> </div><div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Overall Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Lead the Asset Management team for an assigned portfolio of hotels.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Drive operational and financial performance through data analysis, strategic planning, and issue resolution.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Act as a business partner to Hotel GMs and Operator HQ, managing key stakeholder relationships.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Coach and mentor junior team members to build critical thinking and technical skills.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Strategic Planning</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Understand each hotel’s unique business context, market environment, and operational needs.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Collaborate with hotel teams, shared services, and consultants to align development and operational plans with financial goals.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Driving Asset Performance</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Align hotel performance expectations between stakeholders and hotel management.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Improve and coordinate reporting systems to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Review forecasts and financial results, including cash flow, AR/AP, and loan obligations.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Develop performance analysis tools and financial models to support strategic decisions.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Propose and track improvement initiatives with hotel GMs and monitor progress through review meetings.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Evaluate operational processes and management structures for efficiency and effectiveness.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Competitor Benchmarking</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Monitor market trends, demand/supply conditions, and key performance metrics.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Analyze occupancy, rates, and sales data from internal and external sources.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Provide insights to help hotels adjust strategies based on anticipated market shifts.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Compliance Monitoring</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Ensure hotels maintain valid licenses and permits via the External Affairs team.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Coordinate with Corporate Services to monitor insurance coverage and claims processes.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Administration & Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Lead a team of Asset Managers/Executives in line with business needs.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Prepare reports and proposals for management and board-level approvals.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Coordinate board meetings and maintain comprehensive asset records.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Provide regular updates on asset performance, key initiatives, and pending actions.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Other Assignments</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Undertake special projects or cross-functional assignments as needed.</p> </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Key Qualification</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>8+ years in hotel asset management, investment analysis, or hospitality finance.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Experience in hotel operations and investment performance management.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including hotel GMs and operators.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Fluent in both written and spoken EnglishTeam Player and management skills. </p> </li> </ul></div></div></div>
