Brand Communications & Governance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as brand custodian across Frasers Hospitality and its brands, ensuring consistency in tone of voice, messaging and visual expression across all communications.</li> <li>Develop, maintain and evolve brand style guides, including messaging principles, editorial guidelines and brand application for corporate and marketing communications</li> <li>Review key communications to ensure alignment with brand strategy and positioning</li> <li>Partner with brand strategy and experience teams to translate brand frameworks into practical communications tools</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Brand Campaigns & Storytelling</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the development and execution of brand and marketing campaigns, in collaboration with brand, marketing and digital teams</li> <li>Lead the communications and storytelling aspects of campaigns, including campaign narratives and key messages.</li> <li>Ensure campaigns are expressed consistently across markets while allowing for local relevance</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Collaborate with the broader team to conceptualize, develop, and execute engaging brand content and campaigns.</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Internal and External Communications</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Plan and deliver internal communications that build alignment and engagement across the organisation.</li> <li>Support leadership communications, including press materials, speeches, event content, and partner communications.</li> <li>Ensure brand consistency across all communications channels.</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Public Relations and Media Support</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Assist in executing PR initiatives and media relations efforts.</li> <li>Coordinate with PR agencies on press releases, media pitching, interview coordination, and event support.</li> <li>Monitor media coverage, track sentiment, and prepare regular reports on PR outcomes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>5. Other Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor in support of team and business objectives.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Qualification</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.</li> <li>7 - 10 years of experience leading brand and communications work within a multi-brand, multi-stakeholder organisation, with exposure to both corporate and consumer-facing brands</li> <li>Proven experience shaping and governing brand voice, messaging architecture and communications standards, and embedding them across teams, partners and markets</li> <li>Strong command of written communication, with the judgement to adapt for leadership, owners, employees and external stakeholders</li> <li>Track record of contributing to or leading brand and marketing campaigns, with a clear understanding of how storytelling supports commercial and reputational objectives</li> <li>Strong senior stakeholder management skills</li> </ul> <p>#LI-FPLPRO</p></div></div></div>
