<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Summary</b></H2> </div><div><div id="18_64852029" tabindex="0"> <div id="19_"> <div id="19__section"> <div> <div id="19__section_desc" tabindex="0"> <p><span>The role of the Building Technician is to provide maintenance and engineering support in the shopping mall</span></p> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div id="19__bottomIndicator"></div> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li><span>To ensure the M&E services of the building are in optimal operational level.</span></li> <li><span>To ensure the M&E systems and Civil aspects of the building are maintained in accordance to SOPs and contractual terms.</span></li> <li><span>To ensure service assistance is rendered to tenants timely.To carry out routine inspection on electrical, air-conditioning systems, chilled-water systems and plumbing in the building.</span></li> <li><span>To carry out minor repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works.</span></li> <li><span>Attend to building and tenants’ defects and breakdowns as requested.</span></li> <li><span>Write daily reports and reports on activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, or breakdown occurrences.</span></li> <li><span>Perform trouble shooting and equipment failure check during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.</span></li> <li><span>Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair.</span></li> <li><span>Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Qualification</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li><span>NITEC in Building Services / Engineering or equivalent</span></li> <li><span>At least 5 years of experience in Facility MaintenanceAble to carry out with the task given</span></li> <li><span>Able to perform 2 shifts/ 6 days work week and to work on weekends and public holidays</span></li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div></div>
