The successful candidate will manage key aspects of the group insurance portfolio, ensuring FPL assets and business activities are adequately protected through effective insurance and claims management.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Assist in the annual insurance renewal process, including data collection and collation of underwriting information from Business Units (BUs)</li> <li>Liaise with the appointed insurance broker on policy administration, documentation, and premium billings</li> <li>Maintain a central repository of all insurance-related documentation</li> <li>Coordinate with BUs to ensure timely reporting of all insurance claims</li> <li>Monitor the progress of claims with brokers and insurers to ensure prompt settlement</li> <li>Provide initial guidance to BUs on insurance coverage and related contractual obligations</li> <li>Assist in implementing and communicating the group insurance management policy across all BUs</li> <li>Prepare regular reports on the status of the insurance program and claims activity</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Qualification</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Law).</li> <li>Professional qualifications in insurance or risk management (e.g. BCP, ComGI) are advantageous</li> <li>5-7+ years of experience in corporate insurance management, either in-house or with a major broker/insurer</li> <li>Proven experience handling key insurance lines such as Property, Casualty, Financial and Professional Lines</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in reviewing and advising on insurance clauses within commercial contracts (e.g. leases, vendor agreements, financing documents)</li> <li>Experience in managing relationships and negotiations with insurance brokers and underwriters</li> <li>Familiarity with regional or global insurance programs is preferred</li> <li>Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Prior experience in the real estate or infrastructure sector is a plus</li> </ul> <p>#LI-FPLPRO</p></div></div></div>
