This critical leadership role supports national defense and ensures compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements</span></li> <li><span style="">Direct the overall management of Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) operations at the Hawthorne Army Depot in accordance with U.S. Army contractual requirements</span></li> <li><span style="">Lead the performance of the workforce through subordinate executives and managers by way of delegation, policy oversight, planning, and performance evaluation</span></li> <li><span style="">Manage all resources owned or provided for depot operations, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency</span></li> <li><span style="">Implement and operate the Defense Industry Initiative (DII) Program</span></li> <li><span style="">Translate and execute strategic and tactical directives from SOC and Day & Zimmermann corporate leadership</span></li> <li><span style="">Maintain compliance with federal, military, state, and local regulations</span></li> <li><span style="">Report potential or real environmental and safety issues to SOC leadership</span></li> <li><span style="">Serve as a champion for ethical standards, including the SOC Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Conduct</span></li> <li><span style="">Perform additional duties of the same or lower level as assigned</span></li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>This role is for you if you have these skills:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style=""><span style="">Strong knowledge of fixed-price and cost-reimbursable government contracts</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Expertise in munitions logistics operations, demilitarization, and GOCO operations</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Effective verbal and written communication, negotiation, and leadership skills</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Strong delegation, training, and interpersonal capabilities</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Deep understanding of strategic and tactical planning, financial management, and program execution</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>And if you have these qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style=""><span style=""> B.S./B.A. in Management, Business, Engineering, or a related technical field</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in complex, diverse organizations</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Experience in government contract management and munitions logistics/GOCO operations preferred</span></li> <li style="">Demonstrated ability to perform work safely and effectively, remaining alert to safety h<span style="">a</span><span style="">zards at all time</span></li> </ul> <p><strong style=""><span style="">Ability to obtain and maintain:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:none"> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">A valid State of Nevada driver’s license.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Security clearance as required by contract.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms clearance.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">All certifications as required by SOC’s Master Training Plan</span></li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p style=""> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><em><span style="">In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $156,080 - $234,120. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
