<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p> <p>The role holder is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Business Continuity practices across Specialized to ensure operational resilience and continuity of critical business services. The role focuses on conducting business continuity assessments, developing continuity plans, coordinating testing activities, monitoring organizational readiness, and recommending improvements to strengthen recovery capabilities and minimize operational disruptions in accordance with approved policies, governance requirements, and industry best practices.</p> <p><strong>Key Functional Accountability</strong></p> <p>- Develop, maintain, and periodically review Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), procedures, and supporting documentation across Specialized.<br>- Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities to identify critical business functions, dependencies, recovery objectives, and continuity requirements.<br>- Execute and coordinate business continuity testing exercises, simulations, and readiness assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of recovery strategies and plans.<br>- Monitor implementation of corrective actions resulting from business continuity exercises, audits, assessments, and identified gaps.<br>- Assess business continuity risks and recommend mitigation measures to enhance organizational resilience and preparedness.<br>- Coordinate with business units to ensure continuity plans remain current, accurate, and aligned with operational and business requirements.<br>- Monitor compliance with business continuity policies, standards, and governance requirements, ensuring audit readiness.<br>- Prepare and analyze business continuity reports, dashboards, and readiness metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.<br>- Deliver awareness sessions and support continuity training initiatives to strengthen business continuity culture across Specialized.<br>- Support crisis response and recovery activities during business disruptions and contribute to post-incident reviews and lessons learned exercises.<br>- Identify opportunities to enhance business continuity processes, methodologies, and recovery capabilities in alignment with industry best practices.</p> <p><strong>Minimum Years of Relevant Experience</strong></p> <p>3-6 years</p> <p><strong>Educational Level</strong></p> <p>Bachelor's Degree</p> <p><strong>Most Preferred Education Field</strong></p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Risk Management, or related field.</p>
