<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p> <p>The role holder is responsible for leading the execution of Specialized’s technology design and architecture activities across the Mission-Critical and Businss-Critical domains. The role focuses on translating business requirements into robust technical designs, driving adherence to architecture standards, and ensuring alignment with stc Group’s strategy. The role also contributes to innovation initiatives and supports the development of scalable, secure, and future-ready technology architectures.</p> <p><strong>Key Functional Accountability</strong></p> <p>- Lead the implementation of Mission-Critical and Businss-Critical technology design solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and national communication standards.<br>- Apply and enforce architecture governance frameworks and standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with stc Group technology strategy.<br>- Lead the development and continuous update of end-to-end technology architectures, coordinating with Corporate IT Services for shared IT components.<br>- Ensure alignment of technology designs with stc Group standards to support integration, scalability, and operational efficiency.<br>- Contribute to technology strategy execution by analyzing market trends and providing inputs for planning and future architecture direction.<br>- Define and maintain network architecture standards with focus on security, resilience, and scalability.<br>- Lead technology design activities across networks, platforms, and applications to meet operational and service requirements.<br>- Support and contribute to innovation and R&D initiatives within the CoE, including evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies.<br>- Translate business and service requirements into detailed technical specifications, SLAs, and architecture documentation.<br>- Review and assess design outputs, identifying gaps and recommending improvements to ensure alignment with evolving infrastructure and business needs.</p> <p><strong>Minimum Years of Relevant Experience</strong></p> <p>6 years & above</p> <p><strong>Educational Level</strong></p> <p>Bachelor's Degree; master’s degree</p> <p><strong>Most Preferred Education Field</strong></p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.</p>
