<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">POSITION INFO:</H2> </div><div><p>This position is in the Nacogdoches Maintenance Department.<br>Primarily responsible for providing mechanical/electrical breakdown or troubleshooting services and/or any other duties as assigned by supervisor.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">RESPONSIBILITIES:</H2> </div><div><p>• Daily housekeeping activities<br>• Daily safety checks for unsafe acts and conditions<br>• Work closely with production associates and supervision to fill their needs to accomplish highest production efficiency<br>• Make repairs on all equipment within the plant.<br>• Fill in as breakdown technician in any department as needed<br>• Promote lean manufacturing in all processes.<br>• Any other assigned duties as specified by supervisor</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">EXPERIENCE:</H2> </div><div><p>3 years’ experience in an industrial maintenance role</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">EDUCATION:</H2> </div><div><p>High School Deploma or GED preferred</p> <p>Texas State Journeyman’s Electrical License or equivalent is a plus.</p> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">TRAINING AND SKILLS:</H2> </div><div><p>- NIBCO electrical certification and demonstrated electrical troubleshooting skills<br>- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude<br>- Fork truck qualified<br>- Customer focus<br>- Must be able to work in adverse conditions such as extreme temperatures, confined spaces, and elevated positions<br>- Must be able to wear a respirator<br>- Teamwork / Collaboration<br>- Ability to use measuring instruments<br>- Read prints and design drawings<br>- Operate power tools<br>- Good work ethic</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:</H2> </div><div><p>- Ability to continuously stand or walk. <br>- Ability to bend, squat, & lift < 35 pounds frequently<br>- Ability to climb stairs occasionally<br>- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.<br>- Ability to move rolling product cart > 150 pounds occasionally<br>- Ability to wear required PPE<br>- This is a manufacturing environment with minimal climate control.<br>- Ability to work in a hot environment.</p></div></div></div>
