In this hands-on role, you will lead training efforts for Logistics Associates—ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and processes needed to succeed in a fast-paced warehouse environment.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will partner closely with Logistics Center leadership to deliver impactful training programs, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve processes using data-driven insights. This position blends on-the-floor coaching with structured training development, making it ideal for someone passionate about teaching, process improvement, and team development.</p> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM</strong></span></p> <hr> <h2> </h2> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Deliver engaging training programs, including new hire onboarding, cross-training, and refresher sessions through classroom and hands-on instruction</li> <li>Coach and develop associates on the warehouse floor, spending the majority of time supporting real-time learning and performance</li> <li>Measure training effectiveness using audits, Voice of the Customer (VOC) data, KPIs, and leadership feedback</li> <li>Maintain and update training materials, work instructions, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy</li> <li>Identify gaps between current processes and procedures and drive improvements through training and standardization</li> <li>Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize operations</li> </ul> <hr> <h2> </h2> <h2><strong>What You Bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required</li> <li>0–3 years of experience in training, logistics, manufacturing, or related environments</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and engage diverse teams</li> <li>High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP transactions and systems</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate degree or higher</li> <li>Experience in Lean/continuous improvement environments</li> <li>Bilingual or multilingual capabilities</li> </ul> <hr> <h2> </h2> <h2><strong>What Will Make You Successful</strong></h2> <ul> <li>A passion for teaching and developing others in a hands-on environment</li> <li>Strong emotional intelligence, patience, and adaptability when working with diverse teams</li> <li>Ability to balance training delivery with data tracking, reporting, and program improvements</li> <li>A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence</li> <li>Strong follow-through, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities</li> </ul> <hr> <h2> </h2> <h2><strong>Why KARL STORZ?</strong></h2> <p>Join KARL STORZ and be part of a collaborative, high-performing team dedicated to excellence in logistics and supply chain operations.
