In this hands-on role, you will manage the preparation, handling, and movement of sample, veterinary, and convention sets—ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>You’ll be responsible for a wide range of logistics tasks, from receiving and processing materials to rebuilding and shipping complex sets. This position offers the opportunity to develop SAP skills, gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations, and contribute to a culture rooted in safety, quality, and continuous improvement (LEAN).</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Shift:</strong> Monday to Friday, 6AM-2:30PM</p> <p><strong>Work Environment:</strong> On-site logistics/warehouse setting</p> <hr> <h2> </h2> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and returns, ensuring accuracy and documentation integrity</li> <li>Assemble, clean, rebuild, and prepare sample, veterinary, and convention sets for deployment</li> <li>Execute SAP transactions across inventory processes including storage, transfers, picking, packing, and shipping</li> <li>Coordinate repairs with external vendors and maintain accurate tracking and inventory records</li> <li>Perform picking, packing, and shipping activities to meet service level expectations</li> <li>Support cross-functional logistics operations and participate in continuous improvement (LEAN/6S) initiatives</li> </ul> <hr> <h2> </h2> <h2><strong>What You Bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required</li> <li>0–1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or similar environments</li> <li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured work instructions</li> <li>Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office</li> <li>Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment</li> <li>Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently while asking questions when needed</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with SAP, WMS, or other warehouse systems</li> <li>Experience working in regulated environments (FDA, ISO, OSHA, etc.)</li> <li>Previous experience following detailed work instructions for assembly or logistics tasks</li> <li>Familiarity with power equipment or warehouse tools</li> </ul> <hr> <h2> </h2> <h2><strong>What Will Make You Successful</strong></h2> <ul> <li>A strong focus on accuracy and quality when handling inventory and assembling sets</li> <li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment</li> <li>A proactive, team-first mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction</li> <li>Willingness to learn multiple processes and build technical system knowledge (SAP)</li> <li>Engagement in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and reduce waste</li> </ul> <hr> <h2> </h2> <h2><strong>Why KARL STORZ?</strong></h2> <p>Join KARL STORZ and be part of a team that supports the delivery of innovative medical technology around the world.
