<div> <h3><strong>Your Mission</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Technology Definition:</strong> Lead the strategic direction of the Product Technology Management division and ensure all activities align with corporate objectives and the global portfolio strategy.</li> <li><strong>Product Specifications and Documentation:</strong> Manage processes for defining and maintaining technical specifications and documentation for the entire product portfolio, from legacy products to new developments.</li> <li><strong>Regulatory and Technical Compliance:</strong> Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements (e.g., MDR, FDA) and monitor the quality and integrity of technical documentation.</li> <li><strong>Innovation and Technology Leadership:</strong> Identify future technologies, foster innovation, and drive the “Technology Push” from GRD into the Solutions organization.</li> <li><strong>Product Portfolio Optimization:</strong> Strategically plan phase-ins, phase-outs, and portfolio optimizations to secure market leadership and profitability.</li> <li><strong>Leadership of Leaders:</strong> Lead multiple teams of leaders and managers, promote their development, and establish a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.</li> <li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Monitor adherence to timelines, cost, and quality targets for all development projects and product launches within your area.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> Act as an interface to senior leadership, regulatory affairs, quality, and supply chain, and represent Product Technology Management in strategic committees.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <div> <h3><strong>Your Talents</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Master’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related technical field.</li> <li>At least <strong>15 years of experience</strong> in technical product management within the medical technology sector, including <strong>5–10 years in a senior leadership role</strong>.</li> <li>Deep knowledge of global regulations (MDR, FDA) and their implementation in complex organizations.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and make and enforce strategic decisions.</li> <li>Experience introducing new technologies (e.g., AI) and building expertise in innovation fields.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in portfolio optimization, risk management, and high-level decision-making.</li> <li>Outstanding communication and conflict management skills, enabling confident interaction with peers, senior leadership teams, and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
