Clinical Education & Training</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Design and implement clinical training programs for healthcare professionals and surgeons.</li> <li>Conceptualise, lead, execution and evaluation of hands-on workshops, simulations, proctorships, and wet labs.</li> <li>Ensure training programs are aligned with clinical competency requirements, product adoption objectives, and market needs.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal Sales and Product teams to align training with competency and market needs.</li> <li>Design and deploy Omnichannel (digital and face-to-face) learning solutions and simulator ecosystems to maximize educational reach and training efficiency across SEAT.</li> <li>Define and track metrics to evaluate training effectiveness, ensuring HCPs successfully progress from classroom learning to independent clinical practice.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>2. Scientific Engagement</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Build and manage KOL networks across key specialties to drive scientific advocacyacting as a strategic bridge to gather actionable clinical insights and translate field feedback into commercial strategies for Marketing and Product teams.</li> <li>Monitor clinical trends, procedural advancements, and unmet clinical needs to support business and education strategies.</li> <li>Interpret and communicate clinical evidence, scientific publications, and product-related data to the medical community</li> <li>Support the development of evidence-based educational and scientific communication materials.</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to deliver impactful clinical content.</li> <li>Support product launches through clinician education and evidence-based messaging.</li> <li>Provide clinical expertise during customer engagements, evaluations, workshops, and strategic account activities.</li> <li>Ensure regional training initiatives align with global medical affairs strategies and commercial priorities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Centres of Excellence, Research & Publications</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Identify and establish Centres of Excellence to showcase procedural best practices, and oversee Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS) and collaborative research projects to ensure operational compliance.</li> <li>Design and execute clinical research protocols aligned with strategic goals.</li> <li>Collect and analyze trial data and contribute to scientific publications and presentations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>5. Market Intelligence & Feedback</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Collect structured feedback on product performance, clinical usability and procedural outcomes.</li> <li>Benchmark competitor training programs and identify areas for improvement.</li> <li>Highlight innovation and validation opportunities through market and customer insights.</li> <li>Provide actionable clinical and market intelligence to support portfolio growth and strategic planning.</li> </ul> <p>6. <strong>Compliance & Governance</strong>:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Ensure all educational events, grants, and interactions with HCPs strictly comply with Karl Storz Health Care Compliance (HCC) guidelines, local anti-kickback laws, and APACMed codes of conduct.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Talents</strong></p> <p>Minimum education, certifications and/or credentials: </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field.</li> <li>Advanced degree (e.g., MSc in Medical Science, Clinical Research, Public Health, or Healthcare Management) is preferred.</li> <li>Minimum years of relevant work experience: 5–8 years of experience in clinical training, medical affairs, or healthcare education—preferably within the medical device or life sciences industry.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)</li> <li>Skilled in using CRM tools and learning management systems (LMS) for training coordination and reporting.</li> <li> Strong understanding of surgical procedures, hospital workflows, and medical terminology.• Ability to analyze clinical data and translate it into actionable insights and scientific communication.</li> <li> Experience in managing Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS) or external clinical research grants.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills for both clinical and non-clinical audiences.</li> <li>Strong project management, coordination, and organizational capabilities.</li> <li> Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate across functions (Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, etc.) and cultures in a regional role.</li> <li>High level of professionalism, integrity, and adaptability in dynamic healthcare environments.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to matrix-manage across diverse healthcare systems and reimbursement landscapes in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.</li> </ul> </div> </div><h4><b>Your Benefits</b></h4> <ul> <li>Leave Benefits (Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Parental Leave, etc.)</li> <li>Birthday Benefits</li> <li>Transport Allowance (if applicable to role)</li> <li>Accessibility to Public Transport</li> <li>Flexible Work Arrangements</li> <li>Group Health Insurances</li> <li>Flexi-Benefit Reimbursement</li> <li>Wellness Programs and Activities</li> <li>Professional Development Opportunities</li> <li>Global Exposure & Business Travel Opportunities (if applicable to role)</li> <li>All other statutory benefits</li> </ul>
