About this role
<p><strong>Your Mission</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and commissioning of medical equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.</li> <li>Conduct incoming inspection, preventive maintenance, calibration, and electrical/mechanical safety testing using approved procedures and test equipment.</li> <li>Analyze equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and repeat issues.</li> <li>Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and equipment history records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.</li> <li> Provide technical training and in-service support to medical staff and biomedical personnel on proper operation, diagnostics, and safe use of equipment</li> <li> Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, and infection control standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.</li> <li>Support sales and marketing activities, including live demonstrations, product evaluations, and customer-facing technical support.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Talents</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor’s/College Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.</li> <li>Graduates of recognized vocational or technical training programs in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering may be considered.</li> <li>At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience in medical equipment service, biomedical engineering, or a related technical field.</li> <li>Demonstrated proficiency in service documentation, monitoring, reporting, and file management.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of hospital systems, operating room environments, and medical devices.</li> <li>Proven planning, design, and technical problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Willingness to be assigned in BGC and to undertake provincial and international service assignments as required.</li> <li>Displays a high level of professionalism, integrity, and work discipline.</li> <li>Strong customer focus with the ability to work effectively with clinicians and hospital personnel.</li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.</li> <li> Must possess a valid driver’s license and passport.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p><h4><b>Your Benefits</b></h4> <ul> <li>Leave Benefits (Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Parental Leave, etc.)</li> <li>Birthday Benefits</li> <li>Transport Allowance (if applicable to role)</li> <li>Accessibility to Public Transport</li> <li>Flexible Work Arrangements</li> <li>Group Health Insurances (with 2 additional dependents)</li> <li>Wellness Programs and Activities</li> <li>Professional Development Opportunities</li> <li>Global Exposure & Business Travel Opportunities (if applicable to role)</li> <li>All other statutory benefits</li> </ul>
