<div id="tor_wf_sect_0_fcust_JobTasks_div"><strong>(#### Your Mission)</strong><span id="sr-only-notify-tor_wf_sect_0_fcust_JobTasks"></span></div> <div id="tor_wf_sect_0_fcust_JobTasks_readOnlyDiv"> <div id="tor_wf_sect_0_fcust_JobTasks_content"> <p>This position is responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across pharma and healthcare operations. </p> <p>The role manages internal control frameworks, SOP governance, and compliance risk assessments while leading company-wide training and awareness initiatives.</p> <p>It provides legal advisory support on contracts, tenders, and vendor agreements and coordinates with external counsel as required.</p> <p>The incumbent oversees internal investigations, monitors regulatory developments, and delivers compliance reports and insights to leadership.</p> <p><strong>Regulatory Compliance</strong>Ensure company compliance with all applicable Indian laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.Monitor updates in laws related to medtech, veterinary, data privacy, competition, anti-bribery, and corporate governance.</p> <p><strong>Internal Controls & Policy Management</strong>.Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, compliance manuals,and internal control frameworks.Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies</p> <p><strong>Training & Awareness</strong>Design and deliver mandatory compliance training programs (anti-corruption, code of conduct, government interactions, etc.).Act as the primary point of contact for employee compliance-related queries.</p> <p><strong>Legal Advisory Support</strong>Review and provide legal guidance on contracts, vendor agreements, MoUs, and governmenttenders.Coordinate with external legal counsel as required.</p> <p><strong>Investigations & Reporting</strong>Lead and document internal investigations related to ethical breaches and compliance deviationPrepare compliance reports and dashboards for leadership, ensuring timely escalation and reporting of incidents</p> </div> </div><h4><b>Your Benefits</b></h4> <ul> <li>The company provides comprehensive health coverage, including hospitalization benefits, for employees and their dependent family members.
