About this role
<p>1. <strong>Marketing and branding </strong>▪ Assist in the execution of assigned marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional events including management of assigned activities. ▪ Assist in designing & developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns including digital & social media campaigns. ▪ Coordinate with external vendors for delivery of required material or services for promotional events and marketing campaigns.</p> <p>2. <strong>Market mapping</strong> ▪ Map the market/hospitals, develop/define the prospect list and market coverage for the assigned product portfolio to drive marketing initiatives with the team. ▪ Identify new potential customers and showcase the assigned product superiority through technical presentations. ▪ Identify new potential areas of application for a range of assigned products. ▪ Collaborate closely with the sales team, distributors and cross-functional KAM team to develop demand forecasts for various product lines.</p> <p>3. <strong>Market development</strong> ▪ Train customers/clinicians during the installation/implementation process. ▪ Participate in various conferences, exhibitions, product drives, and demos to showcase and promote KARL STORZ products and execute the assigned activities. ▪ Coordinate with operations and logistics functions to ensure product availability for demo purposes for the assigned product line. ▪ Plan, monitor, and analyze post-sale surveillance programs to gather customer feedback and enhance growth prospects for new products and technologies. ▪ KOL engagement planning and execution through various hands-on activities including live lectures and video presentations to fellow surgeons.</p> <p>4. <strong>Customer insights & analytics</strong> ▪ Assist in conducting market and customer research to analyze consumer requirements, habits trends, etc., and generate insights. ▪ Keep abreast of the latest industry and marketing developments to continuously enhance your knowledge.</p> <p>5. <strong>Compliance with laws & regulations</strong> ▪ Follow all relevant laws and statutory requirements for assigned Sales & Marketing activities. ▪ Work closely with the regulatory affairs team to ensure that products adhere to relevant medical device regulations and MDR requirements. Accordingly, implement changes in technical solutions for customers. </p> <p>6. <strong>Policies, processes, and systems </strong>▪ Follow policies, procedures, and controls to ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory, risk, and audit requirements, as institutionalized by relevant government/non-governmental authorities.</p> <p>7. <strong>Financial Management</strong> ▪ Develop and manage product budgets, including forecasting and monitoring product promotion and marketing expenses.</p><h4><b>Your Benefits</b></h4> <ul> <li>The company provides comprehensive health coverage, including hospitalization benefits, for employees and their dependent family members.
