Operating within the IT Project Delivery Framework, you will take full ownership of projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, timelines, and budget while realising defined business benefits.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">You will play a key role in delivering complex HR transformation initiatives, working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive change and embed new processes and systems.
