<p><strong>Shape the Future of Global KOL Engagement</strong></p> <p>At Geistlich, we combine scientific excellence with innovation. We are looking for an experienced and relationship-driven professional to lead the development and management of our international Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network in implant dentistry and regeneration.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead and further develop the international KOL Development Program, including budget ownership and execution</li> <li>Establish and optimize scalable global KOL management processes</li> <li>Manage and grow the Geistlich Alumni Community through networking events and engagement initiatives</li> <li>Develop communication strategies and content for international KOLs</li> <li>Define and monitor global KOL KPIs in collaboration with local affiliates</li> <li>Partner closely with affiliate KOL managers to support local objectives</li> <li>Personally manage a group of international Key Opinion Leaders</li> <li>Identify, recruit, and develop new opinion leaders</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Dentistry, or a related field</li> <li>Experience working with KOLs, ideally in implant dentistry, regeneration, or the medical device industry</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority</li> <li>Collaborative, empathetic, and highly organized personality</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) is an advantage</li> <li>Self-driven, reliable, and confident in interacting with leading experts</li> <li>Willingness to travel internationally (20–30%)</li> <li>Fluent in English</li> <li>German, French, Spanish or Italian language are a plus</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Location</strong></p> <p>Open to locations worldwide, preferably in a European market with Geistlich presence (United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France)</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Geistlich?</strong></p> <p>Join a global leader in regenerative medicine and play a key role in building and strengthening relationships with leading experts worldwide.
