<p><strong>Your Mission</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>As <strong>Head Partner Service</strong>, you will lead the end-to-end customer order, export, and logistics processes while driving operational excellence and developing a high-performing team. You will ensure timely deliveries, regulatory compliance, process optimization, and outstanding service for our global partners.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead and develop the <strong>Partner Service</strong> team.</li> <li>Manage customer orders from quotation through invoicing.</li> <li>Oversee export documentation and Swiss export compliance.</li> <li>Ensure efficient customs processing via the <strong>e-Trans</strong> system.</li> <li>Manage outbound logistics, transport providers, and freight costs.</li> <li>Ensure on-time delivery of products, samples, marketing materials, and event supplies according to Incoterms.</li> <li>Coordinate shipments to laboratories, universities, KOLs, service providers, and authorities.</li> <li>Monitor delivery performance (CTI), report KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Verify export-related invoices and control logistics costs.</li> <li>Drive process optimization and lead cross-functional projects.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Export Manager qualification or equivalent experience.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Swiss export regulations and international trade processes.</li> <li>Advanced SAP S/4HANA expertise, particularly in SD.</li> <li>Experience with CIP/TPS methodologies and process improvement.</li> <li>Knowledge of medical device regulations and basic GMP requirements.</li> <li>Proven leadership experience with strong coaching and team development skills.</li> <li>Analytical, proactive, and results-driven personality.</li> <li>Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.</li> <li>Willingness to travel internationally.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Geistlich Pharma?</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Strategic leadership role with international impact.</li> <li>Opportunity to shape customer service, export, and logistics excellence.</li> <li>Innovative environment with strong growth and development opportunities.</li> <li>Collaborative culture focused on quality, performance, and continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>We require:</strong> a detailed covering letter, a CV, evidence of qualifications and references</p>
