This role will collaborate with Business Analysts, IT teams, and vendors to ensure optimal system functionality, resolve issues, and drive enhancements aligned with business objectives.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p>Application Ownership & Governance<br> • Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Dynamics 365 (Procurement, Sales & Inventory Management), Oracle EBS (Finance) and WMS.<br> • Enforce governance policies, best practices, and standards for system usage.</p> <p>Business Process Alignment & Optimization<br> • Work closely with Business Analyst to translate business requirements into system solutions.<br> • Lead functional and technical discussions to align system configurations with business needs.</p> <p>System Configuration & Customization<br> • Oversee system configurations, customizations, and integrations to meet business needs while minimizing technical debt.<br> • Develop and enhance solutions within Oracle EBS (PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, BI Publisher) and/or D365 (X++, Power Platform, Azure integrations) as needed.<br> • Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and integration teams to design and implement enhancements.</p> <p>Support & Troubleshooting<br> • Provide Level 2/3 support for critical issues, working with vendors and internal teams to resolve system defects.<br> • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.<br> • Maintain documentation (functional specs, test scripts, user guides) for knowledge sharing.</p> <p>Project & Change Management<br> • Participate in projects related to system enhancements, migrations, or new module implementations.<br> • Manage change requests, assess impact, and ensure smooth deployment with minimal disruption.<br> • Conduct user training and promote the adoption of new features.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.<br>• 5+ years as a System Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Application Owner for Dynamics 365, Oracle EBS (Compulsory), and/or WMS.<br>• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management modules in Oracle EBS/D365/WMS.<br>• Experience with system integrations, reporting tools (Power BI), and SQL queries.<br>• Hands-on development experience in Oracle EBS (PL/SQL, Forms, Reports) and/or D365 (X++, Power Automate, Logic Apps) is highly preferred.<br>• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<br>• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.<br>• Solid project management and stakeholder management experience.</p> <p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong><br>• Oracle EBS (R12) architecture, workflows, and modules (GL, AP, AR) D365 Supply Chain modules (Compulsory).<br>• D365 Supply Chain modules (Preferred).<br>• Knowledge of PL/SQL, BI Publisher, D365 or Azure integrations is a plus.</p></div></div></div><h4> </h4> <p> </p> <h2><b>SUCCESS BREEDS SUCCESS.</b></h2> <h4> </h4> <p>With over 100 years of history, Jebsen’s success has been made possible through our commitment to our partners, to our communities, and to our most valuable asset — our people.</p> <p> </p> <p>We offer dedicated and talented individuals the opportunity to engage with a family of premium global brands.
