Liaise with the finance teams of business lines and group functions on mainly system-uploading matters</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure timely information flow</li> <li>Prepare and present financial analysis to Group Management to support business decisions</li> <li>Support the preparation of month-end and year-end closing</li> <li>Conduct variance analyses on Group / Business Lines KPIs</li> <li>Perform ad-hoc analyses and additional related duties as assigned</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Degree holder in accounting or finance related disciplines</li> <li>Professional qualification in HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent is an advantage</li> <li>5 -7 years' experience in management accounting financial analysis role in a medium-to-large <s>sized</s> organization</li> <li>Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis is highly preferred</li> <li>Hands-on experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
