This role ensures the safe, high‑quality, and on‑schedule installation of critical process systems, including crushing, conveying, grinding, heap leach, and ADR plant infrastructure. Acting as a key field leader, this position coordinates contractors, engineering, and project teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and constructible process plant installations. </div> <h3> </h3> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <div> <h3>Safety & Compliance</h3> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Promote and enforce a strong safety culture aligned with MSHA regulations and AGA standards.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Lead daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Monitor contractor compliance with safety plans and regulatory experience.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Knowledge of MSHA and Nevada construction regulations.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Rigging or lifting certification is an asset.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">General understanding of mining operations in rural Nevada.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">5–10 years of construction experience in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial projects.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong experience in process plant construction, particularly mechanical and piping installation.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Familiarity with gold or base metals processing facilities preferred.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Ability to interpret civil, structural, mechanical, and piping drawings.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Knowledge of process plant systems and construction methodologies.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Experience executing short‑term construction plans and meeting production
