This role ensures that planning processes, capital evaluations, and forecasting activities are aligned with operational strategy, technical standards, and execution readiness. The Manager - Planning provides oversight of key planning deliverables, including reserves, capital AFE, resource strategy, and business improvement initiatives, while driving the implementation of guidelines and mentoring programs across planning teams.
