<p><strong>Job Details</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Position Job Title:</strong> MDO Process Specialist</p> <p><strong>Location: Venturina </strong></p> <p><strong>Line Manager’s Job Title</strong><strong>: Plant General Manager </strong></p> <p><strong>Contract Type: Permanent</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Job Purpose </strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Principal Accountabilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the start-up and industrialization of our brand-new MDO production line for CPP-films</li> <li>Work closely with production, QC and R&D to industrialize new products</li> <li>Ensure process stability, output, quality and efficiency</li> <li>Act as a problem solver, implementing best practices</li> <li>Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team leaders and operators on the shopfloor</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Qualifications/Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equal by experience</li> <li>5+ years of proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally gained at film industry</li> <li>Strong operational mindset: passionate about working hands-on with the machines</li> <li>Solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP- film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties)</li> <li>Experience in process troubleshooting and upscaling</li> <li>Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)</li> <li>Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D and production</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>#LI-MK1</p>
