The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. This role is designed as an entry-level position and will focus on developing a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, operational controls, and Sales Middle Office responsibilities.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The Analyst will work closely with Associates, Vice Presidents, Front Office, Back Office, and Technology teams to ensure accurate trade capture, timely processing, and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
