The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end MDM solutions.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Role Objectives</H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements to inform solution design.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of Informatica MDM solutions and their integration with other enterprise applications.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Act as a senior technical resource and mentor for MDM implementation and support projects.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Develop, enhance, and support large-scale, end-to-end MDM implementations.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Design and implement data governance policies, data models, and ETL flows for MDM solutions.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Create enrichment logic including validation, match & merge, and survivorship rules.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Design, develop, test, and deploy MDM applications, datasets, and scripts; perform detailed data analytics.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Establish and promote best practices for MDM solution implementation.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Build and manage processes for data transformation, metadata management, and workload orchestration.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support installation, maintenance, and upgrades of Informatica MDM tools.</span><br> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Qualifications and Skills</H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Minimum 7 years of experience in leading MDM implementations.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">At least 2–3 full lifecycle MDM/Data Governance projects using tools like Informatica.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud C360 and R360.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proficient in SQL and Informatica MDM/DG.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Deep understanding of data consolidation, ETL, data quality, enrichment (e.g., D&B), security, governance, and harmonization.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience across all phases of DQM: profiling, integration, validation, cleansing, standardization, matching, and consolidation.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Familiarity with software development best practices and agile methodologies.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.</span></p></div></div></div><p>SMBC’s employees participate in a Hybrid workforce model that provides employees with an opportunity to work from home, as well as, from an SMBC office.
