The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. It is seeking a highly motivated candidate who wants to build their career in an interest rate derivative trading floor. This position is part of the trading group and coverage includes products in all major currencies which will provides unique opportunities to get exposure to all aspects of trading interest rate derivatives.
