The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The VP oversees the team managing daily collateral operations, risk controls, and technology enhancements, partnering closely with Trading, Risk, Treasury, and Legal to support the firm’s financing Oversight</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Oversee daily collateral margin calls, substitutions, and settlement for bilateral, tri-party and Sponsored Repo.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Lead and help develop the Repo Collateral Management Team, setting goals, priorities and performance standards.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Drive strategic initiatives to enhance collateral optimization, funding efficiency, and operational resilience.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Treasury, Trading, Risk, Legal, and Technology to align collateral strategies with firm-wide objectives.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Ensure robust controls and timely resolution of breaks, discrepancies, and settlement issues.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Escalate discrepancies appropriately to the relevant internal and/or external
