<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What are your contributions to the team?</b></H3> </div><div><p><strong>Sales Enablement & Strategic Marketing Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute marketing strategies that support aircraft sales objectives, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen customer engagement.</li> <li>Partner with the regional Aircraft Sales Team to ensure access to the right marketing initiatives and experiences to engage UHNWI clients effectively.</li> <li>Provide regional insights and recommendations to optimize brand awareness, customer experience, and sales performance.</li> <li>Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and provide regular reporting to leadership.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Events & Marketing Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support major regional events organized by the event team, such as airshows, Formula 1 week, and other high-profile industry events, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with global and regional objectives.</li> <li>Plan and independently execute regional marketing initiatives outlined in the strategy, including static displays, bespoke hospitality events, collaborations, and other customer focus initiatives targeting our audiences.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to manage logistics, content, experiences, and onsite event execution.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Digital & Agency Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee the regional marketing agency in China to create and activate social media content, including WeChat and other relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with the regional marketing strategy.</li> <li>Ensure digital campaigns and content are consistent with brand objectives while tailored to regional needs and the UHNWI audience.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain close collaboration with the Marketing teams in Montreal to ensure strategic alignment and operational support.</li> <li>Work closely with the regional sales team to provide timely marketing support and ensure initiatives effectively drive engagement and acquisition of UHNWI clients.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>How to thrive in this role?</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>You hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.</li> <li>You have 7–10+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in aviation, luxury goods, or high-end B2B industries.</li> <li>You have proven experience leading regional marketing strategies and campaigns, with a strong understanding and focus on the UHNWI audience.</li> <li>You have experience managing agencies and external partners in content creation and campaign execution.</li> <li>You are fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken); additional APAC languages are a plus.</li> <li>You have strong strategic thinking with a deep understanding of the UHNWI audience in APAC & Greater China.</li> <li>You are proficient in social media platforms, including WeChat, and other digital marketing tools.</li> <li>You possess exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives across time zones.</li> <li>You have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a creative mindset.</li> <li>You have excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence to interact with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and UHNWI clients.</li> <li>You are capable of working independently and proactively while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>You are willing to travel across APAC & Greater China when required.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
