<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Sub-Contractor : Professional, Engineering, Projects, PLM and CAD</b></H2> </div><div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What are your contributions to the team?</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>Define and document CAD standards with Siemens NX, templates, and best practices.</li> <li>Develop workflows for CAD (NX) data management within Teamcenter PLM systems.</li> <li>Integrate CAD tools NX, CATIAV5 and Muli-CAD with Teamcenter PLM systems and troubleshoot issues.</li> <li>Conduct mentoring sessions and create user documentation.</li> <li>Review CAD models for accuracy and compliance with standards.</li> <li>Collaborate with design, manufacturing, IT and Partner Siemens.</li> <li>Analyze, identify, and propose improvements to engineering processes adapted to internal customer needs.</li> <li>Participate in workshops to capture requirements and user stories.</li> <li>Interact with different parts of the engineering organization to ensure applicability of proposed solutions.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>How to thrive in this role?</b></H3> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years of relevant industrial experience with Siemens NX software.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proficiency in CAD software’s NX and CATIA V5.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of GD&T/PMI and engineering standards.</li> <li>Good overall knowledge of PLM principles and experience with Teamcenter.</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to train or mentor others.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects).</li> <li>Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Familiarity with aircraft development (an asset).</li> <li>Bombardier experience and good working knowledge of BES (Bombardier Engineering System) favored</li> <li>This position requires an organized person with leadership skills and able to work with a minimum of supervision. Logical and flexible mindsets, shows initiatives and demonstrate overview/detailed approaches.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
