Among this role’s essential functions is the performance of Knowledge Skill Assessments as part of Bombardier’s Technician Development efforts.</li> <li>Facilitate hands-on Technical Training</li> <li>Facilitate on the job training and just in time training</li> <li>Assist in establishing a culture of learning within the network training facilities</li> <li>Provide technical guidance and expertise in troubleshooting training issues and problems for assigned site(s)</li> <li>Proficiency in performing Knowledge Skill Assessment</li> <li>Coordinate with management team to address and resolve training-related issues for assigned site(s)</li> <li>Facilitate Aircraft Specific classroom instruction</li> <li>Implements new and creative training methods to improve products, processes, tools and services of the team</li> <li>Implements, and monitors solutions to address a problem or situation effectively and efficiently</li> <li>Assist with Learning Advisor key tasks as needed</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>How to thrive in this role?</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>Typically, a minimum of 5 years corporate aviation work experience or substantiated equivalent experience</li> <li>Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license (REQUIRED)</li> <li>Bombardier corporate aviation product line experience </li> </ul></div></div></div>
