As a key member of our management team, you’ll play an integral role in the success of the mill.</p> <hr> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <p>In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving maintenance excellence and ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. Your core responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Championing safety performance and regulatory compliance.</li> <li>Collaborating with Safety, Environmental, Operations, and Reliability leaders to maintain operational excellence.</li> <li>Keeping equipment bills of material current and reviewing parts for inventory optimization.</li> <li>Developing task lists and standard work procedures for new and existing equipment.</li> <li>Maximizing wrench time through effective planning and work assignment.</li> <li>Assigning and redirecting work to the maintenance workforce.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>What We Expect</strong></h3> <p>As a leader on the maintenance team, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Drive safety initiatives to ensure an accident-free, productive workplace.</li> <li>Provide technical guidance to a diverse, highly skilled workforce in a team-oriented environment.</li> <li>Manage daily and long-range planning to achieve business goals.</li> <li>Lead efforts to implement precision maintenance best practices and improve equipment reliability.</li> <li>Organize work packages and documentation using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).</li> <li>Demonstrate strong leadership, motivational, and analytical skills.</li> <li>Facilitate resource planning for scheduled maintenance work.</li> <li>Build empowered, cross-functional teams and identify training needs.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Education:</strong> BS in Electrical Engineering OR AS in a technical field or Process Control.</li> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> Five or more years of electrical maintenance experience may substitute for post-secondary education. Must include experience in maintenance craft or as a coordinator, supervisor, planner, or engineer in an industrial setting.</li> </ul> </div>
