Apply now and join SSP as a Duty Manager!</strong><br><br></p> <p>Pay Rate: <strong>£14.25 per hour </strong>+ as a little incentive, you will earn an extra <strong>£1.50 per hour </strong>for hours worked between <strong>midnight</strong> and <strong>6am,</strong> bringing your rate of pay to <strong>£15.81 per hour.</strong><br><br></p> <p>Hours of operation are <strong>3am to 10pm</strong>. No two days are the same - lead your team, deliver great service, and be part of the energy!<br><br></p> <p><strong>ABOUT THE DUTY MANAGER ROLE:</strong><br><br></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.</li> <li>Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.</li> <li>Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.</li> <li>Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.</li> <li>Previous experience leading a team in a busy Hospitality or Retail role is preferred.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
