In addition, evaluate master rosterof all assigned restaurants to ensure achievement of store profitability.</p> <p>- Communicate to all restaurant managers in the assigned area. Make sure that all managers have a clear understanding of their target and are in the same business objective and direction including company policies and procedures.</p> <p>- Monitor and do QSC & internal audit to ensure operational standards and measure the achievement of target.</p> <p>- Optimize the profitability and the efficiency of all restaurants.</p> <p>Define Sales Target of each assigned restaurant to ensure that all restaurants have clear target on a daily and monthly basis</p> <p>- Take ownership for sales revenue for the restaurants under your management in order to achieve targets.</p> <p>- Demonstrate excellent control of all operating costs to be in line with laid down target</p> <p>- Roster staff effectively to maximize sales opportunities and staff productivity while control salaries and wages.</p> <p>- Communicate, monitor, and follow up to ensure implementation effectiveness of marketing program as well as execution of new products and other public relations program.</p> <p>- Review and analyze daily , weekly and monthly sales. Identify restaurants that have negative sales gaps, and work with restaurant managers to identify action plan to close the gaps.</p> <p>- Understand sources of sales and sales mix.</p> <p>- DeEnsure all employees consistently demonstrate customer care, selling techniques, merchandising skills and a knowledge of current promotions.</p> <p>- Create awareness and recognition to ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all time</p></div></div></div>
