The role acts as the primary security partner for R&amp;D, promoting Security by Design principles, coordinating the implementation of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), and ensuring that security requirements are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.<br>Working closely with development teams, product management, quality, and the CISO Office, the Products &amp; Solutions Security Manager leads the implementation of product security controls and supports the continuous improvement of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (S-SDLC).</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><p><em>Product Security </em></p> <ul> <li> Act as the R&amp;D Security Officer and primary security point of contact for product development activities.</li> <li>Define, maintain, and promote product security policies, standards, and guidelines.</li> <li>Drive the adoption of Security by Design and Secure by Default principles.</li> <li>Support security risk assessments for products and solutions.</li> <li>Provide security expertise during architecture reviews and design discussions.</li> <li>Collaborate with R&amp;D Security Workgroup, Security Champions and development teams to increase security maturity across R&amp;D.</li> <li>Vulnerability Management and Product Security Testing including vulnerability disclosure in products.</li> <li>Monitor security metrics and report on product security posture.</li> <li>Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) Management</li> <li>Track progress, report status, and escalate risks when necessary.</li> <li>Contribute to the organization&apos;s cybersecurity strategy and product security roadmap.</li> <li>Provide security expertise and guidance to Pre-Sales, Sales, and Product teams during customer engagements.</li> </ul> <p><em>Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) Compliance</em></p> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate the implementation of Cyber Resilience Act requirements across products and solutions.</li> <li>Establish and maintain the processes required to demonstrate CRA compliance.</li> <li>Coordinate product conformity assessment activities and support the preparation of technical documentation.</li> <li>Ensure security requirements are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.</li> <li>Monitor regulatory developments and translate new requirements into actionable product security controls.</li> </ul> <p><em>Security Control Implementation</em></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with CISO office and R&amp;D teams to implement security controls within development environments, CI/CD pipelines, source code repositories, build systems, and product infrastructure.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Profile</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor&apos;s or master&apos;s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent</li> <li>5–10 years of experience in cybersecurity or information/product security</li> <li>Experience with compliance frameworks (ideally ISO 27001)</li> <li>Experience in broadcasting or related technologies &amp; workflows is an asset</li> <li>Experience in People Management is an asset</li> </ul> <p><em>Skills</em></p> <ul> <li>Strong business acumen with demonstrated leadership in complex organizations</li> <li>Demonstrated crisis and incident management capabilities</li> <li>Strong decision-making skills with a structured, risk-based approach</li> <li>Be open-minded and value teamwork, with a strong sense of responsibility</li> <li>Focus on quality, detail-oriented, attentive to stakeholder perspectives</li> <li>Shows initiative, curiosity, and communicates proactively</li> <li>Capable of executing tasks autonomously while knowing when to escalate</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li> <li>Good written and verbal communication skills; shares information actively</li> <li>Open to change and continuous learning</li> </ul> <p><em>Languages </em></p> <ul> <li>Fluent in English</li> <li>Knowledge in French or any other language is an asset</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Offer</b></H2> </div><div><p>Becoming part of the EVS team means receiving a competitive salary aligned with your skills and market standards, along with a wide range of wellness and healthcare benefits.</p> <p>Our flexible schedules and hybrid working policies help support work–life balance.
