A Customer Success Representative’s primary function is to help ensure operational excellence through attention to detail and driving processes/policies. Providing support in resolving issues, escalating to higher levels of Customer Service as required. Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job. <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">High school diploma/GED required.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">2+ Years of Customer Service Experience.
