<p><strong>Mission:</strong></p> <div> <div> <p>As a key contributor within the Quality Management team based at the HQ in Givisiez, reporting to the Head of Group Quality Management, you will operate in a team of 9 colleagues without direct leadership responsibilities. You will support and strengthen the four core pillars of After Sales, Manufacturing and Production Supervision, Technical Documentation, and Spare Part Management.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your mission is to ensure consistent quality standards across the entire product lifecycle, driving continuous improvement in line with international norms and internal processes. Acting as a central interface between internal teams and global partners, you will contribute to efficient operations, reliable data insights, and high customer satisfaction. Through your proactive and hands-on approach, you will play a vital role in sustaining and enhancing overall product and service quality.</p> </div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Your key responsibility:</strong></div> <div> </div> <div><strong>After sales management</strong></div> <div> <ul> <li>Create, maintain, and update SAP S/4HANA QM transactions</li> <li>Independently manage warranty claims from international distributors and branches (SAP S/4 & SAP C4C)</li> <li>Oversee Power BI KPI analysis for internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Provide technical support to international distributors and branches as Technical Representative through online and hands-on support sessions</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Manufacturing & Production Supervision Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Creation, implementation and maintenance of internal process audits along the entire supply chain (based on ISO 9001:2015/2026) in cooperation with the Planning department.</li> <li>Use, maintain and develop new features for Scott's dedicated QC App for supply chain quality management tasks </li> <li>Bicycle Production supervision at various production locations (worldwide) together with Scott Engineers and Product Managers. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <div> <p><strong>Technical Documentation Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create technical manuals and documentation for internal and external use in collaboration with the Compliance Department and the Technical Documentation Manager, in line with ISO standards</li> <li>Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop content for the Myagi Education App</li> <li>Create, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance documents, including quality guidelines</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Spare Part Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Use, maintain, and further develop the Bike and Spare Part Archive in collaboration with the Spare Part Manager</li> <li>Collaborate with the B2B Department on the development of the online warranty claiming and bike registration processes</li> <li>Implement, in collaboration with the Spare Part Manager, an updated SAP S/4HANA automated spare part reordering transaction</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your profile: </strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Strong team player with the ability to thrive in an international environment across global teams</li> <li>Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP C4C; knowledge of SAP BI is an advantage</li> <li>Strong background in customer service, not limited to the bike industry</li> <li>Proven investigative skills within the framework of European legislation (EU and ISO standards)</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills when interacting with authorities and technical services</li> <li>Several years of experience and solid technical knowledge within the bike industry</li> <li>Strong proficiency in MS 365</li> <li>Fluent in English; knowledge of German, French, or Mandarin is a plus</li> <li>Willingness to travel worldwide up to 50%</li> </ul> <div> </div> </div> </div>
