From engineering and design to process optimization and production excellence, Operations is where the future of energy takes shape.</span><span> </span></p> </div> <div> <p><span>In your day-to-day, you will:</span></p> <ul> <li>Drive strategic projects on behalf of the CEO, ensuring alignment with company priorities and effective cross-functional execution.</li> <li>Develop, track, and optimize operational cost plans in collaboration with the CEO, CFO, and senior stakeholders.</li> <li>Identify and assess business development opportunities through market, competitor, financial, and operational analyses.</li> <li>Lead operational optimization initiatives focused on energy costs, shift systems, organizational efficiency, and overhead reduction.</li> <li>Manage high-priority special projects, including PV park operations, preparing decision-support materials for senior management.</li> </ul> </div></span> <span style="font-size:14.0px"> </span></div> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <div> </div> <div><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><b>Dein Profil</b></span></span></div> </td> </tr> <tr> <td><span style="font-size:14.0px"><ul> <li>Master’s degree in Science, Business Management, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum 6 years of experience in operational cost planning, business development, operational optimization, strategy, or special project management.</li> <li>Proven knowledge of cost structure analysis, financial and operational planning, business case development, and strategic decision-support.</li> <li>Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional coordination abilities, with the capacity to prepare reports and recommendations for senior management.</li> <li><span>Willingness to work in Sagunto</span><span>.
