<div> <div> <p> </p> <p><strong>岗位职责：</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead innovation project process development for upstream and cross-functional coordination when necessary；</li> <li>Lead Pre-Tox and phase I materials manufacturing；</li> <li>Communication with the external vendor for outsourcing projects；</li> <li>Communication with the GTD team for all the innovation projects；</li> <li>Work with all the relevant teams to move projects forward to meet company goals；</li> <li>Any assignment.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>任职要求：</strong></p> <ul> <li>> 15 years of master's or > 10 years of Ph. D. in Biologics development;</li> <li>Fluent in English and Chinese;</li> <li>Demonstration of solid hands-on experiences of upstream (Preferred) or downstream;</li> <li>Familiar with the IND submission regulation for process development and manufacturing for the US/China;</li> <li>Demonstration of leadership for management;</li> <li>Demonstration of the capability of cross-functional communication.</li> </ul> </div> </div> <p> </p>
