About this role
<p><strong>岗位职责：</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the coordination and communication among Zhuhai PD department；</li> <li>Align with PM, RA, QA, QC and relevant departments to move projects forward；</li> <li>Communication with the external vendor for outsourcing projects；</li> <li>Communication with the GTD team for all the innovation projects；</li> <li> Any assignment.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>任职要求：</strong></p> <ul> <li>> 15 years of master's or > 10 years of Ph. D. in the biologics industry;</li> <li>Fluent in English and Chinese;</li> <li>Familiar with the process development, manufacturing, regulatory, and CMDO management for the US/China;</li> <li>Demonstration of capable cross-functional communication and coordination;</li> <li>Demonstration of track record of leading company major project to achieve overall goals.</li> </ul>
