Our people are the reason we win — and the reason we continue to grow.</p> <p> </p> <p>Supporting our 9 European Villages, our central IT team is hiring an <strong>IT Business Analyst</strong> (12 month Fixed Term Contract).</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The role</strong></p> <p>In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements that drive digital improvements.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will shape user journeys, support the development of strong business cases, and help deliver solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and maximise business value.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> <strong>You will be based from</strong> <strong>Bicester Village 2 - 3 times a week (with occasional travel to London / Europe)</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <p>A few of the key responsibilities in this role:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Produce high quality requirements documentation (such as BRD, User Stories, Use Cases and Acceptance Criteria)</li> <li>Assist the business with business case development for proposed initiatives and requirements</li> <li>Participate in business process design and solution design workshops</li> <li>Develop test scripts from the use cases and assist with User Acceptance Testing</li> <li>Work closely with IT and business delivery teams to ensure smooth trial / POC</li> <li>Work closely with training resource to onboard changes into the business</li> <li>Review and understand multiple designs and ensure formation of a creative and consistent solution</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <p>We foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed.
