Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="color:#32363a">The Safety Systems SME is responsible for the implementation and standardization of site health and safety systems and programs</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Aid with development and implementation of specific safety policies and programs at Muscle Shoals and Bowling Green. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="color:#32363a">Aligns safety and health systems and synergies between Muscle Shoals and Bowling Green locations.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Audit site HSS systems detect gaps or improvement opportunities and recommend appropriate corrective action to eliminate or reduce the hazards.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Effectively researches and benchmarks EHS regulations and best practices and recommend programs, and systems to improve performance. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Compiles, analyzes and interprets statistical data related to near-miss, incidents, injuries, and illnesses to use in system implementation and improvement.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="color:#32363a">Responsible for maintaining site ISO 45001/14001 system compliance and certification.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="color:#32363a">Acts as oversight of health and safety programs including, but not limited to, PSM, Electrical Safety, LOTO, and auditing of site Lock, Tag, Verify program and components</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="color:#32363a">Responsible for maintaining compliance with all requirements set forth by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration regarding required safety style="color:#32363a">Responsible for training development and oversight of certified trainers for HSS systems.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span preferred.
