style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> The Recycling & Casting Project Leader is to lead the process development and best practice sharing work in his technology field including: identifying and leading implementation of best practices in the Constellium plants linked with furnaces and combustion technology, leading combustion and furnace reliability with plant experts, and provide technical support for improvement process in recycling (scrap cold preparation, scrap immersion,…) and melting technology deployment.</span></p> <p
