Job Summary: The Regional Head of Additive Manufacturing will drive the growth of Constellium’s recent additive manufacturing activity in North America. Maximize value creation for the company by developing and executing a strategic plan and roadmap for the business in that region. OR Masters’ business degree, ideally preceded by a technical degree.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Established experience in Additive Manufacturing or the Aluminum industry or end market customer experience (i.e. Defense, Space, Aviation, Motorsports).</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">10 years of experience minimum in a related technical domain, ideally Additive Manufacturing and/or Aluminum application.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Very good knowledge of Defense and Space customers and markets is key.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Experience with collaborative programs including America Makes, ASTM, SAE etc. is a plus. </li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Experience in dealing/negotiating with large customers (e.g. Lockheed Martin, RTX, Northrop Grumman, Honeywell, General Atomics, Boeing, SpaceX).</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Strong and demonstrated leadership skills. </li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Experience in managing a P&L statement.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Strategic thinking: ability to develop / articulate a clear vision for a business, ability to influence and align the team around the strategic vision and ability to synthesize complex information. </li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Strong Change Management skills and ability to lead teams through uncertainty.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">English (native language) is a must.
